WHO IS IT FOR? Female competitive golfers (Middle School, High School, Collegiate)

INTENSIVE, IMMERSIVE, NEXT-LEVEL… Rise above the crowd!

Are you seeking a special, exclusive golf training experience that will help you rise above your competitors? Join us for an incredible 6-week summer camp experience that will propel female golfers to the next level of speed, strength, and conditioning. This intensive course begins on Tuesday, June 11, and runs through the summer, ending on Thursday, July 25. There are two 3-week segments, with the 4th of July week off. There are three 2-hour sessions each week, from 10am-noon, as follows:

Tuesdays – Speed Training, featuring our unique Mach 3 speed training tools

Wednesdays – Strength Training, including proper form and execution of   all free-weight training exercises

Thursdays – Conditioning, including Battle Rope and Circuit training, Mach 3 style

Each 2-hour session includes Warmup, Movement Training, Cooldown, and a full 30 minutes of mobility/injury prevention.

A special focus of this comprehensive 6-week course is to teach the girls how to correctly and safely perform basic weight training movements they are likely to encounter in college, including Squats, Deadlifts, and Overhead Press.

4th of July week OFF

Tue-Thur July 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25
