The Koch Krusher is named for our long-drive pal, Josh Koch, who conceived this design as an adaptation of our Mamba training tool. With it, you can train Rhythm, Backswing Loading, Trail Side Burst, Core, Glute, and Leg Conditioning, Follow-Through, and Over-all Strength for Distance. When swinging the Krusher, because of the length of the handle and weight of the rope, you will have to use your body – not your hands – to power the swing. When using the Krusher, you will notice that the further out in front you strive to project the rope, the more powerful your lower body dynamics will become, and the more strongly your trail side will burst through impact.
